Human Rights Watch preparou un breve informe para a Cluster Munition Coalition sobre os países que produciron, almacenaron, usaron ou foron afectados por cluster bombs (bombas de fragmentación) nos Estados que pertenceron ó bloque soviético (Europa Oriental, Cáucaso e Asia Central).
Este documento, titulado “Overview of Cluster Munitions in Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia” (PDF), usouse esta semana no contexto da Sofia Regional Conference on the Convention on Cluster Munitions.
